However, the compounder.fi contracts are designed with safety in mind to user funds.

How does compounder.fi protect LP funds?

The only permissions given to the compounder.fi contracts are the abilities to:

  • collect unclaimed fees from your position

  • increase the liquidity of your position

Compounder is programmed so it cannot:

  • transfer your position away from your custodial wallet

  • withdraw liquidity from your position

  • approve other contracts to use your position

The compounder contracts are also immutable and un-upgradable.
